ప్రతి నెల మూడవ శనివారము అన్ని పాఠశాల లలో విధిగా స్వచ్ఛ ఆంధ్ర – స్వచ్చ దివస్ “కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించేలా రూపొందించారు అందులో భాగముగా మార్చి -2025 ” నెలలో అంశము ” Ban on Single use Plastic ” అనే అంశము పై స్వచ్చ కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టాలని, స్వచ్ఛత ప్రాధాన్యంపై విద్యార్ధులు, తల్లి తండ్రులు, ప్రజల్లో అవగాహన కల్పించి, అందరిని భాగస్వామ్యులను చేయాలని సూచించారు.
తేది 15-03-2025 న చేయవలసిన కార్యక్రమాలు :
జిల్లాలో అన్ని యాజమాన్యాల పాఠశాలల్లో స్వచ్ఛత ప్రతిజ్ఞ చేయవలెను.
విద్యార్ధుల భాగస్వామ్యముతో ప్రతి పాఠశాలలో తరగతి గదులు శుభ్రముగా ఉంచే విధముగా విద్యార్ధులకు అవగాహన కల్పించవలెను.
స్వచ్ఛ ఆంధ్ర- స్వచ్ఛ దివస్ కార్యక్రమములో భాగముగా ప్రతి పాఠశాలలో తరగతి గదులు, పాఠశాల ఆవరణ పరిసరాలు పరిశుభ్రముగా మొక్కల పెంపకము మరియు నీటి సరఫరా(Running Water) సదుపాయము వుండే విధముగా తగు చర్యలు గైకొన వలెను.
మీ మండలములో Best Swatch School Contest ద్వారా అత్యంత పరిశుభ్రమైన పాఠశాలకు అవార్డు ప్రకటించి ఈ కార్యాలయమునకు తెలియ జేయవలెను.
ప్లాస్టిక్ రహిత క్యాంపస్ డ్రైవ్ ద్వారా విద్యార్థులకు ప్లాస్టిక్ వినియోగముపై అవగాహన కల్పించవలెను.
వ్యర్థ పదార్థాల విభజన పై అవగాహన కల్పించవలెను. తడి చెత్తకు- Green dustbin, పొడి చెత్తకు -blue dustbin, హానికరమైన చెత్తకు Red dustbin వినియోగించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోనవలెను.
పర్యావరణ సహిత సమాజము – అనే అంశ ముపై డ్రాయింగ్ మరియు క్విజ్ పోటీలు నిర్వహించవలెను మరియు వ్యర్ధ పదార్ధాల ద్వారా సరికొత్త ప్రాజెక్ట్ లు తయారీ చేసే విధముగా విద్యార్ధులను ప్రోత్సహించవలెను.
ప్రతి పాఠశాలలో విద్యార్ధులకు సరియైన విధముగా చేతులు కడుక్కోవడం మరియు పరిశుభ్రత ప్రదర్శన ఏర్పాటు చేసి, వారికి తగు అవగాహన కల్పించవలెను.
జిల్లాలో అన్ని యాజమాన్యాల పాఠశాలల వారు, పరిశుభ్రతను ప్రోత్సహించే ప్లకార్డులతో విద్యార్థులు తో స్వచ్ పాఠశాల ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించవలెను.
కమూనిటీ క్లీన్ డ్రైవ్ క్రింద విద్యార్ధులకు అవగాహన కల్పించవలెను.
జిల్లాలో అన్ని యాజమాన్యాల పాఠశాలలలో ఆహార వ్యర్థాల లేకుండా చూసే విదముగా ఆహార వ్యర్థాలను తగ్గించడానికి అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాములు నిర్వహించవలెను.
పాఠశాలలో కంపోస్ట్ Kit తయారికి తగు ఏర్పాట్లు చూడవలెను. మరియు వర్షపు నీరు భద్రపరిచే ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తూ, సదరు అంశముపై విధ్యార్దులకు తగిన అవగాహన కల్పించవలెను.
పైన తెల్పిన అన్ని కార్యక్రమాలను Photos, Videos తీయించి SASA app లో submit చెయ్యాలి.
“స్వచ్ఛ ఆంధ్ర- స్వచ్చ దివస్ ” లో ఏ ఏ activities చేసారు, category wise ఎంతమంది పాల్గొన్నారు అనేది జాగ్రత్తగా “స్వచ్ఛ ఆంధ్ర – స్వచ్ఛ దివస్” QUESTIONNAIRE fill చేసి submit చెయ్యాలి. అదే విధంగా questionnaire Excel format కూడా submit చెయ్యాలి.
పాఠశాల ఆవరణలో ప్లాస్టిక్ వాడకము నిషేదించవలెను.
పై విషయములన్నింటిని దృష్టి లో ఉంచుకొని అందరు ఉప విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు, మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు తమ పరిధిలో గల అన్ని యాజమాన్యాల ప్రాదమిక, ప్రాధమికోన్నత మరియు ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు తగు సూచనలు జారీ చేయవలేనని తెలుపుతూ సదరు కార్యక్రమము తే 15.03.2025 ది న అన్ని పాఠశాలలలో జరుపుతూ మరియు ప్రతి నెల మూడవ శనివారము విధిగా నిర్వహించేలా తగు చర్యలు తీసుకోనవలేనని ఆదేశించడ మైనది. మరియు ఉపవిద్యాశాఖాధికారి వారి కార్యాలయము మరియు మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారి కార్యాలయములలో కూడా పైన తెలిపిన కార్యక్రమములు అమలు చేయవలసినదిగా తెలియజేయడమైనది.

AP POLYCET 2025 Important Dates:
Commencement of filing of applications online: 12.03.2025

AP POLYCET 2025 Eligibility:
Candidate shall be an Indian National
Candidate should belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh as defined in G.O.(P).No. 646, Education (w) Dept., dated 10-07-1979 and its subsequent amendments.
Candidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P / TS, such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
Candidates belonging to NIOS / APOSS / OTHER Examinations recognized as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. SHOULD HAVE PASSED ALL THE SUBJECTS including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% Marks in each subject.
Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in April / May-2024, and whose results are yet to be declared can also appear for POLYCET- 2025.
There is no age restriction for appearing for POLYCET-2024. However for maximum eligible age for obtaining a scholarship, the guidelines prescribed in Memo No.10537/SW(Edn.2)/2011, and issued from time to time by Social Welfare (Edn.) Department shall apply.
Mere appearing for POLYCET-2025 and obtaining a merit rank does not entitle a candidate to be considered for admission automatically unless the candidate fulfils the requirements laid down for admission.

For SC / ST Candidates appearing for POLYCET 2025: Rs. 100/-
Procedure for filling of POLYCET Online Application: Fill in the Application form as per the guidelines:
First fill the 10th Class Hall ticket , Year of pass and Date of Birth.
Fill your name as per school records with one letter for each Leave a gap between parts of your name.
Fill your father’s name
Fill your date of birth in DD MM YYYY [Date / Month / Year]
Fill in your address details (House Number, Village / Street, Mandal / Town / City, District, PIN code, mobile number for

Enter your reservation category (BC/SC/ST)
Enter your special category, if any(CAP/SP/PH/NCC).
Fill in minority community details (Other than Hindu) as entered in your school
Fill in your willingness to appear the examination in Urdu Examination in Urdu medium will be conducted only at Guntur and Nandyal centers.
The filled in application form should be submitted with a payment of 400/- (OC / BC Candidates) Rs.100/- (SC / ST Candidates)
AP POLYCET 2025 Hall Ticket:
The operator at the help line center enters the data given in the APPLICATION form and uploads the photo and signature after scanning and gives a print out to the student for verification. If the student is satisfied with the data entered, operator presses the Confirm button, and generates the hall ticket and issues the same to the
Note: The candidates have to note that printing of Hall tickets immediately may not be possible on the last few days, as heavy rush is usual. Hence they are advised to file the application early or they may have to visit the Helpline centre for collecting the Hall Tickets after two or three days.
Hall ticket issued to the candidate should be checked thoroughly. If mistake is found, it should be corrected through helpline center IMMEDIATELY to get a revised Hall

In case the candidate does not receive the Hall ticket, he/she may obtain the same through internet from the Websites http://apnic.in (or) contact personally in any help line centers.
Hall ticket is not Any tampering of Hall Ticket will automatically lead to the disqualification of the candidate.
Hall ticket is an important document and shall be preserved carefully after the examination till the admission into Polytechnics is completed.
Candidate will be allowed at the designated examination center on production of printed Hall Familiarize yourself with the location of the examination center. Take the help of HLC personnel to know the route map to the examination center.
